3. Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays. During holidays, dispatch may be slightly delayed, but we strive to minimize delays.

6. P.O. Box Shipping

7. Items Out of Stock

10. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If a parcel appears damaged during delivery, please reject the parcel from the courier if possible and contact our customer support immediately. If the parcel was delivered in your absence, contact us within 24 hours with images of the damaged package.

11. Duties & Taxes

Import Duties & Taxes:

For international orders, import duties and taxes may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If the customer refuses to pay the import charges and the parcel is returned, the refund will be processed after deducting return shipping charges.

12. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled any time before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible and customers should refer to our return/refund policy.

13. Insurance

All shipments are insured against loss or damage up to the value specified by the courier service.

Lost Parcels: Refund or replacement will be processed after the courier confirms the parcel as lost.

Damaged Parcels: Refund or replacement will be processed after the courier completes the damage claim investigation.
